Hello,

First I just want to say I'm glad to have found this forum. Lots of good info here. I'm a small business owner and I'm trying to do IVR on a budget. I have an analog PC voice card doing the IVR on extension 10 of my ACS processor and it's not getting the caller ID information. I suspect the partner system sends that digitally to the system phones. There is an option to set my analog pc card to detect inband signaling. Is it possible to send caller ID via inband signaling on the Partner systems?

Thanks for any suggestions,
Dave

Partner will not send CID to analog devices.
The IPO will, but not Partner.
Sorry.
