Use the remove button in programing.
Second button down from the top on far right hand vertical row of buttons.

Then make sure you change #206 also.

Thanks I didn't have the overlay. One other question while I got you guys. The customer right now has a 16-Mailbox PC card. He wants to ring muitply phones when dialing zero fot the operator. I know this isn't possiable in this version but can I upgrade him to a Partner Message Card version 6.0 to make 5 phones ring when hitting zero through the AA. I can even goto version 7.0 if need be.

Dialing 0 can't be changed. You need Partner Messaging for it or any other third party AA/VM. The only you can do is to say in the Greeting: " For Immediate assistance dial (7)" and make (7) go to Ring Group 1-4 (71-74). In #502 put those extensions that should ring.

The Partner Messaging (R1-R7) gives you the option to have the dial zero/timeout transfer to an extension. I have never tried a calling group but that is what you want to do.

Like I said, I assume a calling group also (71, 72, etc) but I never tried it.

Yes, put the extensions in one of the 4 calling groups, make either a mailbox or give transfer permissions to the calling group, then change the dial-0/timeout to go to that calling group.

You have more options for voice mail coverage with R7 over R1 and R6.
