Recently we've been without a receptionist during the day, and we've been having problem with voicemail. Whenever the phone is on AutoAttendant during the day, if someone calls and enters certain extensions (12, 16, 18, 26 for sure), they get "invalid entry" and it bounces back to the message. I can still transfer to their voicemail using Feature 14 and the extension. However, if someone uses the directory and spells their name, they can also get to the voicemail box.
I've tried resetting the Selector Codes for that AutoAttendant as suggested on this forum, but with no luck. My main phone is a Partner 34D, and the manual for the messaging system is Release Level PACS R6.0 C01.

First PACS is not the messaging system. You will need to dig a little deeper and tell us what it is. When you log on to retrieve your messages what does it say EXACTLY. Welcome to Partner_______.
Generally your problem is caused by improperly assigning the selector codes.
