Well, it's time to set up a menu and possibly submenus again. I have a few questions regarding these and could use some help.

1. How do you play directory with a selector code? Can you forward to extension *2?
2. How do you repeat the menu ? Is this the same as transferring to VM from the AA announcement?
3. What is the procedure for eliminating the digits of extensions beginning with 1 and 2?

Please PM me with details and thank you in advance.

The customer wants to have callers press a single digit only and feels that callers would get confused by pressing * or other things.

In submenus there's a way to make sure that the single digit of 1 or 2 does not conflict with the extensions with 10's and 20's. Is anyone familiar with this? I've done this once about two years ago, so I know it's valid.

Thanks,
Jim

Take a look at the selector code options. Learn what each does.
