I have a Magix with 1-PRI, 809-842 with 4 operators and 10-port legend mail.
Only 1 operator in use which is not the programming operator.
The night button has no effect on night answer. Can this be done, if so, how? We have programed day and night schedule in mail so it will work on auto, but this was a real problem over the holidays when they wanted to leave early and at lunch. They say it used to work??

Check the Programming of ALL operators. Even the buttons that don't actually exist on the phones (like button 28 on a 20 button Phone) because all night buttons have to be on to be in night mode. There may be a night button ~somewhere~ that is not on.

Yes, I was aware that all had to be on but have not checked all phones. I will give that a try! Will let you know.

Thanks
