This is the same ACS that had the extension issues. ACS R7 vO. Used to be when a call was ringing, a user could press the red blinking line button and see the caller ID display. Now it does not do that any more. It only displays on the operator extensions.

I would swap out the processor and see if your problems go away.

Should be 2 rings before you can see CID and line must ring on the phone. That is probably why only Operator can see CID.

Yeah, from your last topic and now this I really think there is a problem with that processor.

It hasn't worked right since it was restarted. I'm thinking it has to be the processor, too. This client is so demanding and difficult that if a new processor does not fix it they'll probably make trouble. Some clients you just don't want. This is one of them. Talk about your nightmares.
