Thanks to all who have responded. I am going to get the module numbers and software versions later this week when I get back to the site.
The installer was DJJ who sold my bosses on a Lease. The system is now serviced by someone else as part of the lease.
I will get that info also as I have asked the boss to get me copy's of the contract so I can see exactly who they are and what they are responsiable for.

The service tickets do say Avaya but I am not sure if it is an Avaya partner or Avaya them selves (if their is such a thing)
