I have a Partner Mail VS V5 system that I am trying to program.
After the basics are set up, it answers "transfering to a receptionist" as opposed to the main prompt.
I restored all factory defaults and it is the same.
Any ideas???

It's because you don't have you vm ports programmed to hunt group 7.

Got it, I upgraded to a 4 port card and forgot to assign the additional ports.
