Hi all, I've searched through the other topics but can't find what I'm looking for. My customer wants to forward the main DID on friday end of day to a bunch of exts. for people that work on the weekend. I was thinking of setting up a calling group with about 10 exts. Then forwarding the console to the calling group. I tried to do this yesterday but whenever I tried to forward the console to calling group 780 the forward would not work. Any suggestions would be appreciated. The magix is a 4.0. Thanks, Brian

you cannot forward a call to a calling group change in Magix on a QCC console when an operator uses position busy it sends the calls to a calling group as backup

Thanks cvrbob. I'll give that a try. Z-man they are using merlin messaging as the voicemail. But, their calls go to the reception first then the voicemail. Is there a way to forward the calls to the group when the night button is on? Sorry for the delay in posting a response. Thanks.
