Yes ,that was me.
The site was getting attacked by several countries so I started blocking them from worst to least number of attacks.
Till the site became stable again.
I enabled the UK again for now.
It may take a little time to unblock on the cloudflare network
We had to do something it was making the site crawl.
Let alone the 40,000+ IP's that are blocked in the forum software.
Which also slows it down a tiny bit.
