Hello all,
I am an I.T./telcom admin in charge of 7 adix systems around the county here. I have a system (software 8.25) with a vmac voicemail and PRI
I am trying to send incoming calls on a did tn# to an autoattendant
The only auto attendant that will answer is 900 (or the night attend if after hours)
It seems as if adix is not sending the class 25.02 conversion No mbox/nsc/acd priority to the auto attendant
I have another similar system where this is working
I cannot upload a readable screenshot of this so go here:

thanks

Seems like all your programming is correct, it's just that 900 numbered mail boxes act a little wacky sometimes. The voice mail is expecting a valid extension number/, and integration tells it that there are no extension numbers starting with 9, so it defaults to the main greeting. Try creating another mail box that sort of follows your scheme, create an attendant menu of that same number to back it, and try routing to that.
