Hi, Customer has a 7100 4.70 with 8 channel MGI license. IP Phones on the LAN. When they make a call display shows "No MGI Channels Avail." Been working OK for a few years.
In #108 every channel shows " Conv with an extension number after the channel number. Tried a remote reboot but came back up the same way. Thanks for your help.

My 1st thought is bgm. I've had this before.
Get them to press the hold key on 1 of the extensions you see has an mgi channel in use.
They've likely bumped hold then turned the volume down.
