Need advice.. Have a customer looking for a small system with 2 MOH inputs ( running 2 businesses off of 1 system) need to have voicemail on this system as well... Any one have any thoughts or advise. Much thanks in advance.
Vertical Comdial DX120 does this.
Also the Samsung iDCS100. There is a nicely priced package with 6 phones and 4 port VM
Tadiran..any in any year made, NEC Aspire with a, ACI).
NEC DSX 80. Has 2 music inputs on the CPU card.
Telrad has 12 MOH, if you use the IPeX these can be a Wav files loaded and played from the voicemail and true Tenant Service.
Panasonic TDA 100, 200, and 600 can accomodate.
Ver. 1 & 2 Toshiba CTX100 had 2 MOH inputs on the processor, Ver. 3 only has one. You can also connect up to (I think) 16 sources on analog station cards.
ESI E Class has tenant services with separate MOH and attendant functionality.
And probably last, but certainly not least, Mitel, complete with true tenanting capabilities! John C.
Watch your rear on the Panasonic.
DID trunking works great on incoming calls.
Outgoing MOH is ONLY controlled by the Tenant # of the station making the call.
Incoming follows the Tenant # of the DID.
Real Rocket Science. I guess they will fix this in the future but came as a sore disappointment to me on this last job. Even put in an 8 co card and put them in Tenant #2, still no go.
Win 128 or 440 has 4 ports each. trunk specific only (not supported on DID)
The Toshiba CIX can have up to 15 MOH sources
