Anyone...where can I find a site that contains free drawing symbols for simple network drawings which contain the likes of multiplexing,COs for local company, IXCs, PSTN cloud, end-user,T-1s,T-3s, etc.

That would depend on what application you are using. For Visio you can find a ton of free stencils via Google. Many manufacturers include free stencils on their sites as well.

It's not about any particular application. I want to either download or copy to use in a manual and presentation for training via PowerPoint.
