Can someone tell me the wire color order for both the line cable and the station cable

theres 2 different types of cable.
Green, Red, Black, Yellow
or
White/Blue- Blue/White
White/Orange- Orange/White
White/Green- Green/White
thats a 3 pair cable
if it's 4 pair add the following
White/Brown- Brown/White
