I hope this is an OK request, for the 1st time in over 20 years, a customer is asking for a service/maintenance contract, (I knew the time would come)and I was hoping someone would send me a copy of an established contract that I can use as a reference.

Do a search because this has been covered many times, and someone here sells a book about it, that would probably be you best help. John C.

You should sell service/maint contracts with everything you quote. If they don't take it you are not out anything, but if they do you will have residual income. In these times that has been a great thing for us.
