Does anyone know anything about this service they are offering? Will the be able to give me a PRI hand off or one SIP trunks?

Don't know about SIP, but I do know they can give you a PRI with this package.
Be advised - they will install a Nortel BCM with this package and administer it remotely. You WILL NOT have control of the system.
