Key Voice Technoligies Version 8.2

Yesterday had power failure. Upon Re-boot of Key Voice the system does a check of all voice mail boxes. My System is stuck and un responsive at box 303.

Box 303 is an active box.

I have a hotel and normally when a box becomes un responsive or we need to re-set a box we do that from the master telephone consoul at the front desk.

Because the system is un-responsive and 'hung' I am left not knowing what to do. I have re-booted the system several times always it gets stuck on this same box and becomes unresponsive.

Any help would be greatly appreciaed and I would be willing to pay for assistance if anyone has knowledge of this system. I have original Installation and Maintenance manual.

You need to run a scan disk from dos and do a check of your harddrive. If you have any errors or bad sectors recovered or not you need to replace the drive and rebuild or send the whole unit in for repair.
