I was wanting some programming information on some of the features of the merlin 820 system with feature pack 2. I found speed dialing and personalized ringing listed as a feature but have not found any information on how to use these features. I do not have any manuals on this system. It was donated to a christian ministy i work with. I appreciate any help.

I have found some information on there site but have had trouble getting it to work
i followed the directions to program redial and do not disturb and it doesn't seem to work. I have a 10 button phone can any of the 10 buttons at the top be used for features as well as phone lines. Also I found the links to manual but they were for sell. I may price them but thought I would try to find the information elsewhere first.
