I cannot get my test results uploaded to my computer,I have read the instructions untill I am blue in the face ,My manual is on a NT900. HELP!
They are stored on the CF card just plug a USB cable into the Validator turn it on and you should be able to see it as a drive and you just copy the file over.
You need the plan-um software installed to view/print results!
No I have the software,it ended up being the tester, I contacted JDSU fINALLY WHEN THEY RETURNED MY CALL ,after loosing the results 4 times,the file name was even still there ,Never lost the data the same way twice.
One thing I noticed about the valdator is it does not like it when you store over 250 cable results no matter how big your CF card is. Wiped mine out once and had to retest them all so now I create multiple files for sites over 200 cables.
I know this is old post but looking for Plan-um version 3.0 or better. I am not able to locate my software and after laptop was reformatted did not notice that they removed it. Any direction as searching with Google gives no viable package that works.
