I've used Panasonic's VM on other systems. You can make them work but they will only do supervised transfers.

Well Panasonic doesn't recommend it unless your PBX has the following features
1. Single line port circuits (tip/ring)
2. Station to station touch tone signaling
3. Message Waiting notification from a SLT
4. Screened Transfer from a SLT
5. Message Waiting notification on multi key sets
6. Message waiting lamp accessed by on/off codes.

It may be a nightmare to set up.

By the way what VMS are we talking about?

the integration doesn't work well. i've tested the waters with a partner and tvs50. didn't work well. would probably recommend you stick with what was made for it. integration is a key component of voicemail feature capabilities for any system

If it were me and i was putting a voicemail not made for that system I would use a macrovoice. they work with justabout anysystem and are very robust.
