I was wondering how to set up some kind of announcement that can describe weekly or monthly announcements regarding company information,specials,etc. I have a music on hold port available but thought there might be an easier way to do this other than recording information onto a cd and popping it in the player and put it on repeat. Ive heard this type of info while on hold when calling different companies. Where can you get it? Do you send info in somewhere and they send you a tape or something? It often sounds like the same woman talking @ diff companies.

it played moh then had 2 minutes downloadable locally thru a k type hand
set and you could select to play or not
