Will it? You should look at it again. Make sure you figure it equipment cost and more importantly Quality of Service! Your hotel is not making any money if it is constantly refunding people money because they could not get clear connections on outbound calls. Second, I think you might find that the income from calls made by hotel guests has drastically declined. This is due to the availability and low cost of cell phones. In the last 5 years, whenever I have stayed at a hotel, I tell them to make sure the LD is turned off. I don't need it. So your ROI on something like this might be very long term.
