trillium panther 2064 problem - Sundance Business VOIP Telephone Help

Problem-Trillium Panther 2064 phone intercom light won't go off. Because the light won't go off, the phone won't ring and it can't be reached through the intercom system. Please help.

Is it flashing or on steady? Try pressing Intercom *6 , it may be on DND.
