Website clearly spells out the 911 issues. this wont go to far in court. I hope soon people will be held accountable for their own actions(stupidity), instead of seeking to place the blame on others.

Won't go far? As long as Texas has more lawyers than longhorns then I wouldn't take that bet.

Has been a big problem with many small companies that may need to call 911 and have info pop up on the police screen, rather than them talking to operators. (i.e. 7-11, clubs).

Vonage emailed me twice once I signed up notifying me to setup 911 dialing.....

Looks like a bunch of lawyers from RedneckVille had some time on their hands........

gs, if that's the case Vonage is in deep crap. The TELCO is responsible for correct E911 to a residence. This should get good.

We have too many suit happy people in here thats why all the sharks instead of beef oh and There sure are alot of NY interconnects in this post (wonder why) and its the same with "rednecks" lots of us here too. I think people are just plain not understanding the way it works so they blame there ignorance on others (was that spelled right LOL)
