While your at it under your profile you'll see "Group Images" the blue circle with the arrow indicates you have installer permissions, if you'd check it please.

There appears to be an issue that will require deeper troubleshooting. I do see Installers access checked for bdunne. The issue is being referred back to Mike S.

Stand by. Fix in progress. The problem is not related to individuals. It has to do with site optioning.

All set. Optioning problem was found and corrected.

Works for me now. Tried earlier today with no luck, but just fine tonight. Got the blue circle in my profile, etc.

I don't see where you had access to the Installers forum. There are certain requirements that need to be met before access is granted.

There is a topic here in the General forum that explains what is needed.

I re-added Installers access for you. Please activate the Installers icon for your account by going to your Profile page, scrolling down and putting a checkmark in the box next to the icon.
