730087 DTH-4R-2 Cordless Lite II Telephone (Black)

The problem is the handset, the handset is not charging the battery, if I put a fresh battery in all works fine with the handset, but it will not charge the new battery.

Problem is not the battery or charging cradle (swapped them out)
