Good article as always from them.
They old saying that a chain is only as strong as the weakest link fits very nicely with the internet since the internet is only as fast as the slowest node.
It doesn't matter if you have 1G fiber to your home or office if it isn't carried through the internet to the source you are trying to access.
Just a thought.

Along the lines of customers who have Cat 6a to the desktop and then a Cat 5 from the wall to the NIC? I know a few of them...
