Good morning all. Just wondering if anyone here has any experiences, good or bad, using one of the many on-line faxing services. I see them as a last resort, but when you really need to send a fax...

Thanks in advance,

Jim

I started several years ago with MaxEmail. It gave me a number in suburban Chicago (815) and cost about $50 a year. They got bought out by efax, but I still get a grandfathered rate for annual service at about $84 a year. Of course my problem is that the fax number I have is not portable.

When I worked for the Nationals, all my incoming orders were via fax. Outbound was closed via scan and email. In fact, I think I send about 3 or 4 faxes a year. I just log into my account, set up a cover page, or skip, and attach the document.

In a pinch, I have signed up for a "test our fax service" account to send a one-off fax. It's been awhile.
