Has anyone else experienced system malfuctions after a customer has sprayed disinfectant on a phone.

Best way I know of to kill a phone. Stupid customers do it all the time. Best advice- don't spray anything on electronics!! DAMP WIPE IT.

with the covid thing going on some people are going a little bit spray crazy.

I swapped handsets with a customer that had static. They called back a couple of days later saying it didn't fix their problem and the ones I supplied had makeup on it and probably Covid! Yeah, I forgot to look at them closely since I just grabbed 2 packages off the shelf from my old stock.

That Covid is a sneaky thing. They can find their way into a package from 4 years ago! If I have to go into the secondary market to buy a phone, they will pay dearly.
