I inherited an environment running NEC UC 6.0 and the phone model above. I can't for the life of me find either on the phone or on the UC interface where to reset a voicemail password without knowing it. I have tried Google a few times now. Can someone give me guidance or point me to an article? If not, I might have to put my head in a garbage disposal.

The voicemail is in the phone system software, not in the UC suite nor in the actual phone.

Do you have access to the system admin? What model NEC system?

As it turns out, I had to reset the password from an admin mailbox using commands through the voicemail system on a phone. I called the company that sold us the phone system and they showed me. Thanks for the reply.
