Does anyone know of any devices that you can tap directly into the T1 line in order to record phone calls? I'm thinking of getting this device.

haven't used this one, but we have used the recording solution from Oaisys. Really works slick, but I don't think it will work with every phone system.

any t1 testing equipment will have handset option that can tie into recording device and you can select the channel that you want to record.
