We have a Telrad 400 system with voice mail. As a result of a lightning strike in the area, our system went down. When the system was reset, the phone system lost all programing. We downloaded the system back-up over a serial cable. The phones now make outgoing calls. We can not get the voice mail working or get the phones to ring on incoming calls.
Any Ideas?

Turn off the power to the system for about 20 min. then power it up, cross your fingers if it works if it don't, time to start replacing parts.
