According to the Manual in Release 5.5 if a subscriber's internal extension is forwarding to an external number and the external number doesn't answer, the call goes to the subscriber's internal mailbox. Is this still true in Version 6 of Imagen? We have Version 6 and I have tried programming my extension for testing purposes and I can't get it to go to my voicemail for my extension.

Yes if it is not answered the caller should hear a message that the called party is not answering and send them to there mailbox. How do you the Follow Me number set up?
Is the Imagen set for a screened transfer?
And are you testing with a outside line calling in and the call is answered by auto attend?
