Automated Attendant External Call Fowarding - 11/12/03 11:12 AM
According to the Manual in Release 5.5 if a subscriber's internal extension is forwarding to an external number and the external number doesn't answer, the call goes to the subscriber's internal mailbox. Is this still true in Version 6 of Imagen? We have Version 6 and I have tried programming my extension for testing purposes and I can't get it to go to my voicemail for my extension.
