Can someone help me to reset a mailbox password. I need to walk someone through the menus to get that done. I am not sure but i know its an Imagen 4 port with a 128ksu system

The easiest way is to go to the VMS and press enter the select 4 and enter the password, then go into the directory and then to the mailbox and you can change it there.
