In our digital system with Imagen voicemail, none of the voice mailboxes not associated with a physical set are not working. You get fast-bust for a few seconds than a new dial tone. "regular" mailboxes work. Even the "0" for the operator doesn't work. Any ideas? Thanks!

They won't! You have to dial into the voicemail to access them. There Guest mailboxes I guess. They can be acces though auto attendant on outside lines.

Duhh! Sorry, I'm new to this system. OK, so how does the receptionist transfer an outside call to one of these mailboxes. It's possible that's she's doing something wrong (she's new, too).

Set up a speedail key for her and put in TRANSFER (the hunt group of the voicemail) 2. This will let her transfer right into the mailbox by dail the guest mailbox on her key dial pad.
