Our church bought a used telrad Digital400 system, and I have finally finished up the config of the system. As part of my testing, I noticed that the auto attendant greetings and menu choices for external callers have been customized, and do not work properly. I suspect the previous owner used the ApGen software to customize things a bit. First, I notice that on the Imagen Configuration View Screen, the APG filename is shown as Corp.apg. When I look in the c:\IVM\APG directory on the Imagen PC, I have the files default.apg, corp.apg, corp.gdb, corp.gbk, and nine message files (0003, 0007, 0100, 0200, 0300, 0500, 0600, 0700, 0800). So based on the info I have, it looks like the previous owner did make a new .apg file. The previous owner did not include the ApGen software with the system, so I have no way to look at or change the file.

My questions-
1. I can find no place to specify which .apg file to use. I would like to try using the default.apg file. If I just delete or rename the corp.apg file, will the system use the default.apg file instead?

2. Where can I get the ApGen software? It looks like there are some things I would like to try, but can't without the software.

Imagen version is 5.00D. The 400 system is running version 3.05. Imagen has the SMDR key but not the SDBN key (if that matters).

Thanks for your help on previous questions.

Your in the right spot.
You can restore the default pram if you delete the corp.apg .gdb .gbk files. But the recording will stiil be there.
AT default to tenant 1 day message is 0100 and the night is 0500. If you are only using 1 tenant as set in the system programming these will be the only things you need to rerecord. And the tenent greeting message also ofcorse. As far as AppGen 1.1 contact me off line.
