I got this customer who had another dealer and I just took it over. He dropping calls when using single digit dailing to a MDN group. It's a 7.39 128 system and a e-magen voicemail with 10.2 . Has anyone had this problem. Theres no problem when dailing a direct EXT. It also doesn't happen all the time. I am the customers last chance before getting ridded of the system.

I've checked the program and fixed small thing like the impendes setting and open loop timers. I've put alot of theese in and I haven't seen this problem before. My next step is to do a log file and send it to Telrad but I want to check with you guys 1st.
Any ideas!

Tell me this doesn't sound like Tech support.LOL. Upgrade the voicemail to 10.3 the software is on the FTP site.
But this did help when I did it.

The customer won't give me anytime on the system. E-mail what problems you know of in 10.2 or post it. Right now I took out voice port on the IVM hunt group.
