Customer calls me at 4pm EST asking me to re-program their System for the holidays with extra prompts for holiday hours.

If its just a for the holiday do it from the PC. Record a special greeting add the new times in there and if you need other single digit routs add them in menu options (6) on the voicemail menu in the ImaGen. And FYI AppGen 1.1 can be used for 4.00J- 7.04e
