I have a telrad 400 switch with Imagen voice mail. I was wondering if there is any way I can set up my system to email me or any extensions when they have voice mail? Please help

I do not think I have unified? What does it do? What is it? I have Emanager, but I do not think I have Unified. Can you tell me more about it?

Not avaiable on the ImaGen anymore.

The only way to get UM now is to upgrade to the EmaGen. A IpeX server with onboard EmaGen and now you IP ready and have all the new system features to boot.
