I think you meant to say thing. And with that I add.

You list your Occupation as "Toshiba Guru" with a statement like that I hope you work for a big company you can hide behind as you will never make it as a Business owner.

Yzark, the #603 and #604 requires an additional step that the #601 and #602 do not need. That additional step is specifying the number of seconds before the call is call forwarded to voicemail. Do the following:
1. Press the PDN button.
2. Dial #603 or #604 and enter the pilot number of voicemail.
3. Press the Speed Dial button, or * if the station does not have that button.
4. Enter the number of seconds before forwarding (8-60 seconds).
5. Press Redial button and hang up.
To cancel call forwarding, PDN+#601+hangup.
The call forwarding feature is in the user guides but I try to warn the customer that user's tend to undo the forwarding to voicemail.

i learned early on in my toshiba experience to write into the users manual how to return to call forward to voicemail. it saved a lot of 10 minute warranty service calls.

keep it simple- don't need to insert time, it's already at default- just use speed dial select button after the vm ext-should get dial tone- #601/2 you don't need it
