Strata DK 40 and Stratagy DK Voice mail. I'm not bald yet but after this........... - 07/29/04 07:24 AM
Hi all, I have several issues. Here is the low down.
System:
Strata DK 40 with a dtmf card
Expansion cabinet with 2 KCDU1’s
Stratagy DK 8 port VM with Stratagy Admin on pc
Brief History: This system was purchased off E-bay, and when received, the VM never worked. It had several problems (Hard drive, eeprom, eeprom checksum). I sent it out to be fixed and walla! It came back working fine.
I have ports 0-15 being used for the 15 phones on the grid
I have ports 16-23 for the Voice mail
Now for the problems:
Problem #1
Usually, you press Int 0 to get to the greeting and hit the * key and the system asks for your mailbox, well…..The system only responds to the * key on the first 4 ports (ports 16-19, extensions 26-29) If I try hitting the * key on ports 20-23 (extensions 30-33) the system acts as if I never hit the * key at all, it just goes on with the greeting.
Problem #2
I set my distributed hunt group up to extension 900 with all 8 voicemail ports on it, but when I pick up a phone and dial INT 900 it gives me a busy tone and reads “All lines Busy†with “ACB†near the bottom of the display. In fact, the minute I hit INT 9 it does this I don’t even get to press the last two zeros for 900
Any and all help is much appreciated.
Thanks!!!!!!!
