I believe it's called 'Strategy Flash IVP8'
Stratagy Flash and Stratagy IVP8 are two different voice mail systems. This does not describe the phone system......
the stregedy is a voicemail
near it should be a control unit
discribe the other box and what it says on
front I.e 280 424 /dk40 etc

I have another unit here that has three columns of buttons with all my extensions and voice mail access buttons....but there is no number anywhere on it save for the model number on the obverse; hdss6560. I really appreciate the help, I wish it were easier!
You are still looking at the phone itself. The telephone system is generally mounted on a wall in a utility closet. Also it should be near all the blocks with the jungle of wires! Possibly near the electric panel boxes. Ken is right....look for the name of the system Strata 280,424,40,VI,etc.
try from x200 probably the phone and extra bo x your describing
lift handset dial #652
enter correct time HH MM SS
PRESS REDIAL
REPLACE HANDSET
see if that works
if not answer post above re box on wall
probably gray
okay, I finally figured it out. The system is a Strata 280. I tried Kenb's suggestion with no success, what should the next step be?
LIFT HANDSET AND DIAL #402
IT WILL TELL YOU WHAT PORT YOU ARE ON
YOU NEED TO BE ON PORT 000
TO DO MY PREVIOUS INSTRUCTION FOR TIME CHANGE
USUALLY PORT 000 IS FIRST EXT IN SYSTEM
IE 100/200 ETC
LIFT HANDSET AND DIAL #402

I'm getting a busy signal. I lift the handset and press #, then...followed by any single digit, I get the busy signal.

Press the intercom button and then dial
#652 Then enter the hh mm ss in military time and push *#
This works on mine. If you still get a busy after the # try the sequence without the #
JBW
ok press your icm button
them #402
if that doesnt work / call another station
from your phone /make sure other phone has a display it should show your extension
what is the operator x at your co
again hopefully we are looking for 100,200, etc
or on your icm dial 100/200 and what rings or who answers
Okay, progress....int/#652/enter time in HH MM SS all works. However, I can't seem to get the phone to accept and process the change by pressing *#, or #*, or just *, or just #......you get the idea.
I did it! I did it! I just needed to press redial after the sequence. Thank you tons everybody! This is a great site, and you all rule!
Congratulations
My 6520sd doesn't have a redial button so I had to use the *# buttons. Good Luck to you.
JBW
My attendant phone at port 200 desn't have a INT button. How do i go about changing the time? It seems that all the available buttons are mapped out to other extensions.
