We have a CTX100 system that I am new to. I have been going through the manual but am unable to find the info I need. In the phone system, when you call in there is a menu, option 1 for .. option 2 for .., when a customer selects this, depending on which selection is made the phone/phones will ring. On 1 of the options (option 3) I need to set it up were if no one answers that line the system will forward the call to another call group, lets say Option 1 in the menu system. How do I do this? Basically I want to remove the Voice mail from that line and forward all unanswered calls to another group.

Another thing I have been looking for is... When a customer selects option 1, there are 2 extensions that ring (its a call center) how do I add extensions to this group?
