On Stratagy DK, can I reset a voice mailbox by logging into the Administrators mailbox #999. We have a mailbox causing us problems and I would like to remove it or rest it to default value to start over...
Yes you can as long as you know the 999 password and can follow prompts

I was sure that the passcode for this mailbox was Edit but the system tells me NO!
Whats the rules about passcodes?

I have already tried EDIT but no joy so decided to delete all the mailboxes that required resetting to default for the new users and create new ones for them. I guess a bit long winded way of doing it but worked all the same.
