I hope you can help me. My client is the new Director of nursing and is unable to access the maibox for her extension. The former DON did not leave her password. Her ext/user ID is 116.

I went into 999 and used security code 997 and was able to get to the admin menu. I “reset security code” for 116 but could not get in with security code (SC) 997 or 116.

I logged into user 997 with SC 997 so I figured 116 assumed the same SC (997) as user 997 since it had been reset. But it didn’t.

So I went back into 999 with SC 997 and selected “reset user ID”. I now cannot get into user 997 with SC 997 but I can still get into 999 with SC 997. Also I first tried to “reset security code” for 997 but it said it could be done.

Have I done something stupid or can I get this resolved?

Is there a way to reset the direct connect password on the stratagy?

I need to access the voicemial through the pc. Is there a way to reset the password? I do not know what it is and it is not stratagy.

I also do not know the password for mailbox 997. it has been reset and no one knows what it is.
