I have around 10 extensions ringing dial "0". Dial "0" is ringing over to phantom extension 500. My problem is that the customer is wanting to push a night button and wants more phones to start ringing dial "0". Then turn night off and go back to the same 10 phones. I can`t think of a way to do so if some one has some advise it would be appreciated. (Toshiba 280,B processor, release 3)(Stratagy DK 4 port card)

Heres one way......Put another phDN on the first 10 plus the additional phones. Then in the voicemail, set the auto schedule table in MB '0' to ring the new phDN during night time hours.

The downside is that this would not be controlled by the night button. The additional phones would ring based on the time of day in the auto schedule table.

How many phones total? If it's less than 25, set up a MCG with all phones in it for night mode. You might also consider changing the original 10 from PhDN to MCG to free up a button.

Program night ringing to a different mailbox other than 990 but with the same greeting and have the dial 0 of that mailbox ring another phantom dn that appears on all those phones.

What is MCG?

MCG is a Multiple Call Group that isn't available on a DK280, only on the CTX line.

I'm thinking you can use the three ring mode setup and have day2 setting different OR you can create a second PHDN with all the people to ring at lunch and instead of hitting the night button forward the first PHDN to the second.
