I have a customer that needs to use the telco forwarding feature. When he dials *72(i think) the system gives a fast busy. How would I program it so it would be allowed?

Is the station restricted in Prg. 41? If so, turn off the light for that station on line 1.

Make sure the code is correct. Down here its #72.

Is he directly on the trunk when he dials it?

I'll double check the code. And yes he is directly on the trunk.

Your phone is probably toll restricted in Program 48, change to no restriction for that phone.
