I've got a delay on a 424 C/D release 4.x

This is a 4 cabinet system and has a full
T-1. The delay happens in every type of call scenario. I've checked power factors etc... Any suggestions?

Are you going thru LCR/ARS or are you accessing the lines individually? Try to access the lines individually and "Do you get dialtone right away?" If not make sure your settings are correct for the carrier, ie...wink , immediate...etc.

Thanks, they are. It also happens when I press my int. button.

The delay happens on all phones in pretty much all scenarios at the start of a call, even internally. FYI, I am using LCR. I've even moved the RDTU to other usable slots and have even replaced the processor. Still no luck. It's a Sprint circuit on there supplied CSU/DSU and the system is connected to a monster 6 unit APC with conditioner.
