I've setup a MCG. This MCG rings 4 different PhDNs that are on 4 differnt phones. The MCG is 550, it rings PhDN 551, 552, 553, and 554. 551-554 are all setup with ownder DNs, VM, etc. The MCG is setup to use VM 550 and has it's default times of 12 and 24.

The MCG does not go to VM. What can I do to get it to go to VM?

Set the voice mail extension as a Delay1 or 2 in the Members tab and the timer for when you want it to answer in the General tab. The mailbox # under the voicemail id in the General tab

I didn't have the system call forward table set on the group tab <sigh>. It works now.
